Angels in Training Day Care is a fun, loving, educational child care program.  We provide your child with a first class early development education.  We are a licensed group home child care center licensed for 12-14 children.  We focus on children ages infant to 5.  And we care for school age children during the summer months.  We offer full and part time care with full-week, day, half-day, and hourly rates. 

We are like an extended family. We start each day with lots of hugs. Our mission is to sincerely care for the needs of the children enrolled with us.

Our Business 

We have been in the business of child care for 30+years.  Angels in Training Day Care at our present location has been in business for the past seven years.  Before that, we were known as "Di's Christian Day Care" which was a licensed in home day care.  Seven years ago, we decided to purchase a house mainly for our child care business, and "Angels in Training" was born.

Who We Are

We are mostly family!

We are a mother/daughter team both with backgrounds in early childhood development. And we are both currently CPR certified.

Diana has 30+ years experience in child care including early childhood education, substitute work in several day care centers in both Johnson and Wyandotte counties, operating her own in-home day care business, and she is also a mother of three. 

Richelle has 13 years experience in child care including early childhood development classes, elementary school teachers assistant, after school child care program assistant,  she specializes in and has  training in infant and toddler care, and she is also a mother of one..  

Others who help  in our business are sisters, cousins, and aunts who are all an awsome group of ladies who truly enjoy taking care of little ones.
